How Sublimation Works
Sublimation is a breakthrough printing technique wherein heat turns the ink into a gas, bringing it together instantly with the fiber of the clothing. This achieves beautiful, strong prints that cannot crack, peel, or change color, creating long-lasting quality and stunning artwork that lasts.
How does sublimation printing come into action?
A print of a digital design is made using the required sublimation ink on transfer paper.
Using a heat press, hot transfer is achieved from transfer paper to the surface.
The dye evaporates into gas and implants itself into the substrate, leading to permanent full-color prints.
